Screens and jalis hold the grain inside the milling chamber while allowing bran and broken dust to escape freely. Continuous abrasive rubbing and grain impact eventually enlarge the screen perforations or cause fatigue cracking along the fold lines.

Operational Guidelines & Supply Scope
Our rice mill screens and perforated jalis are manufactured from high-strength stainless steel and hardened carbon steel sheets. Featuring clean, burr-free punched slots and uniform hole pitch, they promote rapid bran discharge while gently supporting grain without abrasive scratching.
We supply standard slot sizes (0.8mm to 1.6mm) for Basmati, long grain, medium grain, and parboiled rice processing. Custom screen lengths, curvatures, and frame attachments are readily available.
